• Choosing a Path: Identify your short-term goal, the area of focus to start - you may want to make several changes, yet focus matters
• Walking the Path: Start taking tangible actions towards your goal, step by step start making changes in your life
• Reflect & Loop: Assess and realize the insights and learnings to apply to your next set of action steps, forging your new path ahead
